On August 27th, the Miami Beach Police units swiftly responded to Tremont Towing in Miami Beach.

Marcel Armesto, a 32-year-old individual, reportedly entered the establishment with the intention of retrieving a vehicle that he claimed belonged to his mother, as per the investigators’ findings.

The tow yard employees insisted that the owner of the car needed to be present in order for them to release the vehicle, despite him having the keys and the car’s registration.

Armesto was not pleased with that response.

The surveillance footage captures the individual responsible for one of the pickup trucks. He averts his gaze as an employee passes by.

The tow truck employees witnessed the entire incident on the surveillance cameras and immediately contacted the police.

Detectives discovered the folding knife that Armesto had used in his shorts pocket.

The tow yard has had to call the police on individuals attempting to retrieve their cars before.

An employee informed the dispatcher at Tremont Towing about a gentleman who had entered the yard and attempted to leave with his vehicle.

In May, Wizdom Fripp was taken into custody following an incident where he attempted to leave without paying for his car.

“I can’t believe it! He actually hit my car!” exclaimed one of the employees at the tow yard.

As the driver hastily made his exit, he inadvertently collided with one of the tow trucks.

“The employee exclaimed, ‘He finally gave up. He finally gave up!'”

Officers were forced to remove Fripp from the vehicle at gunpoint.

Armesto faced a serious charge of felony criminal mischief.

After he arrived in jail, Armesto was charged with pulling the fire alarm and vandalizing his cell as he continued to cause trouble, according to the police.
