The arrest report states that the incidents took place shortly before 10 p.m. on Saturday.

According to the Miami Gardens police, Dmytro Krakhmalny, a Ukrainian national, went up to the girl in front of her house and violently slapped her across the face.

According to the victim, she was grabbed by the perpetrator, but she managed to scream out to her family who were inside the house.

Krakhmalny, who is currently homeless, subsequently walked away, as per the report.

Krakhmalny was seen heading south from the area by a responding officer. He was wearing a unique red Spider Man hoodie.

According to the police report, the man was taken into custody after being accused of slapping a victim whose age remains undisclosed. The victim positively identified him as the perpetrator.

The report states that Krakhmalny spat at an officer while seated in the back of a police vehicle. The spit landed on the officer’s face and right hand.

The authorities took Krakhmalny into custody, accusing him of child abuse without causing significant physical harm, as well as battery on a police officer.

He is currently detained at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center, and his bond has not been set as of Monday afternoon.

No motive for the initial incident was disclosed in the arrest report.
