Jeffrey Doster, who has a history of multiple incarcerations in state prison since the early 1980s, is being charged with a first-degree felony for aggravated battery on an elderly person aged 65 or above.

Medical professionals were present when the victim underwent evaluation at Jackson North Medical Center in North Miami Beach.
