Woman in Miami Popeyes Crash Video Pleads to Avoid Jail Time

MIAMI – A woman was captured on cellphone video attempting to evade culpability in a significant manner after police reported that she collided with a Popeyes restaurant in Miami while operating a BMW convertible.

According to Miami police, the collision occurred at approximately 7 a.m. on Sunday at the chain’s Liberty City location, located at 5534 NW Seventh Ave. The collision was reported by the police to have occurred during rainy weather.

“Would you be able to extract me from this location?” The woman is heard saying in the cellular video, “I cannot be charged with that.” “I am unable to go to jail; I am unable to go to jail.” There, I will not endure.

There were no reported significant injuries in the collision.

Bystanders also encourage the woman to flee in the minute-and-a-half video. Someone is heard saying, “You should leave the car and run.” “Leave the vehicle and run!” F— the keys, and please exit the vehicle.
