Licensed cannabis and cannabinoid hemp dispensaries throughout New York State sold unregulated products.

An unlicensed cannabinoid hemp processor produced the products that the state has identified as potentially harmful to the public’s health and safety due to multiple safety violations.

As a safety precaution, the products are being recalled since there is no confirmation on the required testing for consumer safety and product quality. However, there have been no reports of any negative effects caused by the consumption of these products to the Office of Cannabis Management.

The authorities are still investigating this matter and have not yet concluded their findings.
