Following gunfire in Kansas City, two teenagers are receiving medical attention at the hospital.
Officers from Kansas City police were called to a home on Jarboe Avenue between W 27th Street and W 28th Street at approximately four in the morning on Monday due to a reported shooting.
Two teenage victims were found in the parking lot of a business located at 801 SW Blvd., according to the police when they arrived. When they both realized they had been hit by gunfire, they started to leave the area and heard gunshots.
They were brought to a neighboring hospital after fleeing to the house on Jarboe Avenue after being shot. According to the police, their wounds are not life-threatening and they are stable.
The police withheld the teens’ names and precise ages. They kept all details regarding a suspect under wraps.
