However, his assumption proved to be incorrect. Surprisingly, the police did not have to make much effort to reveal his location, as the suspect ended up surrendering himself to the law enforcement officials.

Authorities had been searching for the suspect on charges of 2nd-degree criminal possession of a weapon and misdemeanor 7th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
According to the Elmira Police Department , they received reports of a wanted suspect in the area and were promptly called to an apartment complex.
